Themobilestore is an individual company registered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Vaud (RC: CHE-313.587.065)
Disclaimer: Most of the smartphones and computers we sell are import products. Therefore, we reserve the right to open the original packaging to verify the proper functioning of the device as well as the presence or absence of suitable adapters to recharge the device in Switzerland. No claims will be accepted for this reason. In addition, we do not guarantee the presence of a Swiss or European charger but we deliver you an adapter free of charge which will allow you to recharge the device without restriction in Switzerland.
In addition, the paper manuals delivered could be in Chinese. If the customer wishes, we send him by email, instructions in the language of his choice in PDF format.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made in Switzerland, Germany, France and Belgium.
Shipping costs are offered for Switzerland ,Germany, France and Belgium.
As we are in Switzerland (countries outside the EU), shipments for Germany, France and Belgium may be subject to customs duties (VAT). The customer must be aware when ordering. No claim (refund request, order cancellation) for this reason will be accepted
If the parcel is returned to us by post, the cost of return and the initial shipping costs are charged to the buyer if his responsibility is engaged (error in the indicated address, parcel not removed to the post office ... )
Delays of deliveries and availability of articles:
The availability of items is indicated as follows: In stock in Lausanne (= the product can be shipped to the customer the same day), In stock at the supplier (= the product can be shipped to the customer within 3 to 7 days), ask for the delivery time (= the customer must contact us to know the delivery time), pre-order (= the product will be available 5-7 days after its official release on the market).
These deadlines are indicative and not contractual. Only deadlines set in writing (email, whatsapp, sms), are considered 100% reliable. If the delivery time is imperative, the customer must contact us so that we set a written deadline.
Return & Replacement
The customer has a right of return of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order (the signature at the time of delivery of the parcel is authentic). The goods must be returned in their original packaging and not unpacked. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. A registered shipment is recommended. We disclaim any liability in case of loss of the package by mail. All returns must be requested by email prior. We give ourselves the right to refuse unreported returns by email beforehand. In case of exchange of goods, we take the costs of sending the new shipment at our expense.
If the packaging has been opened but the protective labels have not been removed, we will refund 90% of the purchase price, if the protective labels have been removed, we will refund 80% of the purchase price. In both cases, the device itself must be in new factory condition (no signs of wear, traces of use ...)
After placing an order on the site, you receive a confirmation. A second email with a tracking number will reach you after shipping the order.
Products of the secondhand section (occasions, gebraucht, demo) are neither returned nor exchanged.
You can cancel the order as long as the goods have not been sent to you. If we have set an appointment for withdrawal on the spot, thank you to inform us by email or phone of your non-come to the appointment. An order placed on the site implies that the customer has read and approved the terms of sale.
Reimbursement of canceled orders is made within 1 to 10 working days from the cancellation decision. Attention, orders paid by credit card (Paypal) are only refunded through this way.
Price and Payment
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs or euros Swiss VAT included. The goods can be paid in advance by bank transfer or credit card (Paypal), or cash on site by appointment. Orders can be paid in advance by postal or bank transfer, by credit card (Paypal system) or cash in Lausanne by appointment.
Means of payment are: Bank transfer (free), Paypal (free), Sofort (free), Twint (free), 10 days bill (2frs50) and cash on delivery (+15.-). The possibility of payment on invoice and the credit limit (max. 1500 .-) are hedged automatically by our Swissbilling partners. In case of refusal, you can contact them directly.
Orders on invoice and cash on delivery must be canceled by the customer by email before the goods are sent. As long as the goods have been shipped to the customer (the tracking number is authentic), a cancellation for too long delivery time or change of opinion is no longer admissible.
Prices quoted in Euros are calculated automatically and daily. They are indicative and not contractual. The actual price may vary depending on the exchange rate charged by Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, the customer's bank. It is up to the customer to inquire about the actual cost of the item (via the Paypal exchange caculator, rates collected by his bank ...) before placing an order.
Support and repairs
We provide free support for all devices purchased from us. It is done by phone, email or on site by appointment. In general, we can answer most questions in less than 24 hours. This support is for software issues only. In case of hardware problems, we can send the devices to an authorized technical center based in Switzerland. Unless you have subscribed to our warranty, this service is not free. A free quote will be sent to you by email, you will be free to have the device repaired or not.
Unless otherwise stated in the description of the article, the articles have a guarantee: - 24 months for smartphones, iPhones and other phones - 6 months for repairs, spare parts and accessories. The warranty covers only defects in workmanship but excludes normal wear, breakage, water damage or other damage caused by misuse of the item. In the event of a fault, the devices are repaired or replaced if repair is not possible. Accessories and spare parts are replaced. No refunds will be made unless we are unable to repair or replace the item. In principle, the replaced articles take back the remaining warranty period of the original article if it is greater than 3 months. If this is not the case, the warranty period of the replaced items is 3 months. Defective items must be the subject of a request for return by email.
The repair under warranty is excluded in the following cases: Apparatus with traces greater than normal wear (traces of water, ice breakage, impacts deforming the frame, piece (x) of the frame absent (s)). If the order does not appear in our database, the customer must provide a written record (email, paper invoice) to prove that the device has been acquired from us. In addition, the original charger supplied with the device must be returned with it.
Evenshop takes all necessary precautions to avoid data loss when a device is entrusted to us for repair or software modifications (unlocking, jailbreak ...). Nevertheless, it is up to the customer to make a backup of his data (contacts, sms, music, applications ....) before giving us his device. We release ourselves from any liability in case of partial or total loss of the data contained in the device before our intervention. The jailbreak and the désimlockage are operations not planned by the manufacturer. In principle, they are not very risky. Nevertheless, Evenshop disclaims all liability for any technical problems that may arise during the operation and that render the device partially or completely unusable. In other words, the customer must be aware of the risks involved in entrusting us with his device and assume them entirely if necessary. By cons, we take full responsibility for the consequences of mishandling on our part during hardware repair (screen change in particular). However, this obligation falls if it is clear that the defect was prior to our intervention.
When you place an order with us, we collect the following information: (Surname, first name, postal address, telephone number, email address, IP address of your computer)
These data remain confidential and are never disclosed or sold to third parties.
This data is stored on a secure server (Infomaniak).
The customer can at any time request the total deletion of the data concerning him on sending a simple email.
